At Harmonium®, we have developed an advanced manufacturing process that improves the stability, strength, and acoustic performance of our panels, enhancing the sound experience in any space. Our acoustic panel is made from 100% polyester PET fiber, with a minimum of 75% post-consumer recycled content, reaffirming our commitment to sustainability.
We also incorporate a needle-punch reinforcement technique that:
- Increases panel stability and prevents deformation over time.
- Improves bending resistance, ensuring a safer and more durable installation.
Thanks to the quality of our low-melting-point PET fiber, the material offers excellent acoustic properties, optimizing sound absorption.

At Harmonium®, we have developed an innovative manufacturing process to enhance the stability and durability of our acoustic material and improve the sound experience. As part of this advancement, we created the Recycled PET Acoustic Panel, a material made of 100% polyester fiber with at least 70% post-consumer recycled content, reaffirming our commitment to sustainability. We have also implemented a structural reinforcement process using a needle-punching technique.
This stitching not only improves panel stability, preventing deformation over time, but also increases bending resistance, allowing for safer and longer-lasting installation. Thanks to the quality of our low-melting-point PET fiber, the material provides excellent acoustic properties, helping to improve sound absorption in various spaces. Functionality above all.

What are Harmonium products used for?
Our panels are designed for acoustic conditioning and interior decoration. They are ideal for reducing echo and improving sound quality in spaces such as offices, classrooms, restaurants, homes, or shops. Important: they do not soundproof, but improve interior acoustics.
What are they made of?
Is the material durable?
Yes. We use high-density polyester felt, which guarantees dimensional stability, resistance to use, and long lifespan, without deformations or loss of acoustic properties.
How much sound do they absorb?

What colors are available?
We offer a wide color range with more than 24 shades, including solid tones.
Do they require maintenance?
Very little. They are easily cleaned with a dry or slightly damp cloth, air compressor, vacuum cleaner, or medium-bristle brush. They do not generate dust or release fibers. Check our instructions for proper maintenance.

¿Puedo usarlos como revestimiento decorativo?
¿Cuánto material reciclado contienen?
Un 75% de su composición es PET reciclado. Cada panel contiene el equivalente a unas 70 botellas plásticas recuperadas y transformadas.
¿Son reciclables?
Principalmente sí. Aunque son monomaterial, recomendamos consultar caso por caso si se han personalizado con otros elementos.
¿Contribuyen a certificaciones ambientales?
Sí. Pueden contribuir a puntos en sistemas como LEED, BREEAM, GREEN CIRCLE
¿Tienen certificación contra el fuego?
Sí. Nuestros paneles cuentan con clasificación Bs1-d0 según la norma europea EN 13501-1, lo que garantiza bajo nivel de propagación de llama y emisión de humo.
¿Resisten la humedad y el moho?
Sí. No absorben humedad y su composición evita el desarrollo de hongos y bacterias.
¿Son aptos para entornos sensibles?
Sí. No contienen formaldehído ni fibras irritantes. Son seguros para uso en escuelas, hospitales, bibliotecas y más.
¿Cumplen con normativas europeas?
Sí. Todos nuestros productos están fabricados siguiendo las normativas de seguridad y calidad exigidas en la UE.
¿Se pueden fabricar paneles a medida?
Sí. Podemos cortar los paneles en formas especiales, incluir diseños geométricos, logotipos o gráficos personalizados. También ofrecemos soluciones modulares y piezas tipo puzzle.
¿Puedo usar los paneles como piezas decorativas?
Absolutamente. Su textura, color y forma transforman visualmente un espacio. Cumplen función técnica y decorativa.
¿Puedo imprimir imágenes o patrones en los paneles?
Sí. Bajo pedido, ofrecemos impresión digital directa para proyectos con identidad visual o artística.
¿Disponéis de separadores acústicos o soluciones móviles?
Sí. Ofrecemos biombos, paneles colgantes y divisores suspendidos que combinan funcionalidad acústica y flexibilidad espacial.
¿Se puede integrar iluminación o tecnología?
Sí. En proyectos especiales colaboramos con integradores para añadir iluminación LED, sensores o altavoces ocultos.
¿Son seguros para escuelas u hospitales?
Sí. No contienen sustancias tóxicas, son hipoalergénicos y no desprenden partículas.
¿Ayudan al confort térmico o lumínico?
Indirectamente sí. Reducen la fatiga acústica y pueden contribuir al confort térmico en techos flotantes.
¿Sirven para lugares con mucho ruido como gimnasios o restaurantes?
Sí. Tenemos configuraciones recomendadas para espacios de alta exigencia acústica.
¿Se pueden usar en cabinas acústicas o booths?
Sí. Son una excelente opción para revestir interiormente cabinas acústicas o phone pods.

Yes, but they must be coordinated in advance to assess specific logistical conditions.
