The unique process for producing low fusion cross-linked polyester fibers (X-linked low-melt PET fiber) allows us to minimize energy use and avoids waste generation in fiber and panel production process. The origin of the thermal energy is from Natural gas and the electrical energy is 100% from proximity renewable sources.

We believe in our long-term goal

In the cutting phase, we also work with processes that use 100% renewable energy, 20% of which is from our own solar installations.

Efficiency in water use. The reduction in water use in the fiber fusion and cutting processes allows the reduction of Eutrophication and Acidification of both fresh and salt water.
