Industrial designer from the Universidad Cardenal Herrera-CEU of Valencia (2004 End of Degree Award), certified facilitator of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology, and trainer in creative thinking applied to business. For over 15 years, I have worked professionally in various design teams, communication teams, and product development departments. I have participated in the design of different trade show stands, commercial premises, and shop windows. I have designed toys, furniture, signage, communication supports, exhibitions, and countless objects. I am not a 'lone wolf' designer in front of the computer, with light bulbs popping out of my head and constantly throwing out ideas. I am not at my desk drawing, modeling, and calculating without looking up from the screen. The creation of a product also takes place outside of the computer and paper. Good design also happens in meetings with the client to understand what they really need and to know how we can help them. It happens in conversations with the operations department to adjust budgets and key project dates. With the raw materials colleagues to see what we have in stock that would work best for the product. Even with customer service, to know where product sheets can be improved while projects are being developed. Product development is a team effort, not just the work of a designer.
